• Visual & Weight Variations: Natural variations in color swatches, marble swirls, textures, aroma intensity, and net weight (±5g) are inherent characteristics of authentic artisanal soapmaking.
• Sensory & Skin Sensitivity: Although our formulas prioritize clean, gentle ingredients, individual skin chemistries may react differently to natural essential oils or plant botanicals. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use.

Due to strict hygiene, cosmetic safety standards, and personal care sanitation regulations, opened or used soap bars cannot be returned or resold. However, your complete satisfaction remains our foremost priority.
