Our artisanal cold-process soaps are aged for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks, yielding an ultra-dense, moisture-stable bar. During extreme seasonal temperatures, each box is lined with biodegradable plant fiber thermal barriers that cushion the soaps while maintaining consistent internal ambient temperatures.
As soon as your package is weighed and prepared in our botanical soapery, an automated email confirmation with your direct tracking link will be dispatched. Please allow up to 12 hours for the courier carrier to scan the parcel at the first sorting terminal.
We process orders promptly. If you notice a typo in your shipping address, please navigate to our Contact Page immediately with your order ID. If your order has not been handed to the courier, we will update the dispatch label at no extra charge.
